Shipment of Orders

We will have your order dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Excluding public holidays.

Refunds

If you change your mind for any reason, the cancellation will be acceptable within one hour by e-mail at orders@coscut.com.au. Any details received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order picking and dispatch may have already have taken place.

We guarantee money back refund without question if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the product being opened. Notification within 7 days of receipt is required. We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used.

Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or colour in terms of make up.

If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time. Please send back with the following:-

Email Address
Order number
Reason for return

Please e-mail us at orders@coscut.com.au so we can inform you where to send the product back and make arrangement to refund monies.

Please note we can only refund the total cost of goods, for the returns that are for change of mind. If there are shipping charges to be refunded on defect returns we will offer you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.

Wholesale

We will supply prices on request for wholesale purchases and delivery anywhere in Australia. Please e-mail us at orders@coscut.com.au and your requirement and we will quote you individually.
