Postage and Handling.

Coscut.com.au delivers to all areas of Australia ONLY. All parcels will have tracking numbers so that we can locate them if needed.

$6.00 flat rate per, delivery regardless of how many items are purchased.

Allow 2-5 business day for delivery to city areas and 5-10days for country areas.

PLEASE NOTE: if you will not be at your nominated address during the day for delivery and the parcel can not be left securely, it will be carded and taken to your nearest general Post Office outlet.  You may give a work address if you think delivery to your home address may be difficult. Please check at your nearest Post Office if your parcel has not arrived within the nominated time, before contacting us.

If your parcel has not arrived within a suitable time please check at your nearest Post Office. If your parcel is not at the post office please send an email to orders@coscut.com.au, with your name, address, and a contact email and we will get back to you and rectify the problem.

If an INCORRECT ADDRESS is given, thus affecting delivery of the order, we may charge an additional postage and handling fee to redeliver the item to you. So please take care when filling in your information.
